Get an arcade close to the city, or in it. Never Get the cheapest one. Its really bad, i use it and its annoying. Of course if you have the money, if you don't. Sadly the cheapest one will do.
One of these are good, just. Don't go out of the city if possible!

All prebs and setups can be done in a invite only lobby, so if you have trouble with others destryoing ur stuff, do it in an invite only. It helps
Tho if possible, and you find a chill lobby, you can do it in there.

Do the heist with friends, or with randoms with mics, it helps. Nothing is more annoying than having no way to talk with others.

If ur cover is blown. Stay together and focus targets, so none of the npcs can stay alive for a long tim
